Dear God,We asked that today you begin to unlock any darkness that's buried deep within us. The darkness we haven't been able to express to anyone. Please bring to the surface this sadness. We ask dear God to give us the strength to speak out, so we can find peace in life, and freedom in our heart. In Jesus’s name, amen.

We're going to mess up in life. We're all going to do things and wonder why we did something so stupid. There's going to be times we say things that leave us feeling regretful. We're going to feel mad at ourselves and even shameful at our own actions. Never be too proud to say you're sorry or I love you. These are easy words that strengthen our heart, and give us peace and wisdom.

Dear God, please take the stains off my heart. If there’s even an ounce of pain I feel that someone caused me in the past, I ask that you wash it away. Give me strength, show me forgiveness is the healthiest option for me, and set me free. I pray you give me peace today and every day, allowing me to totally leave my past behind. In Jesus’s name, I pray, amen.

We can reach a place in life where a relationship would be nice, but our life style is already nice. If we mixed the two would they blend perfectly? We’re skeptical, that we’re reaching out to past failures? Having the strength and confidence to leave any relationship allows us to take a chance.

Buried deep within each of us is a question we’ve come to understand. The truth is we’re just not strong enough to act on it right now, but understanding what the question is that’s half the battle. Living without denial allows for freedom of the heart and mind.
