One of things I think he showed today was his tremendous moxie. As good as he is with the ball, he made the plays to help us win this basketball game without it.

When he didn't want to do the 6 a.m. run that was a pretty good indicator he didn't want to play basketball any more at Duquesne University.

I'm excited at the way our team is developing in practice. I think for us, moving into the Colonial and beating a team that's in the top three is a real statement that our basketball team is getting better and that we're progressing.

I'm proud of our basketball team. Without question, I think we saw, from both teams, some big-time performances out there with some very good players. All and all, I think we really executed well, especially down the stretch.

I'm thrilled and excited and at the same time very proud to represent Duquesne University as the head basketball coach. Having grown up in this area, I am very familiar with Duquesne and its tradition of success.

I think all teams change throughout the year. You go through dips and peaks and valleys. Ours are more accentuated than most it seems. I think our basketball team has changed, and certainly James Madison has changed as well.
