If the same people continue to hurt you, release yourself from the obligation of feeling hurt each time. Take your power back. Let it slide off of you, like water off a duck's back. The confusion in their eyes just might make your day.

It is up to you if fear sells or not. Are you buying it?

You don't have to stay strong all the time. Let it come up. Feel the sorrow, and then, let it go. You won't break, I promise.

No one else will ever know exactly what you are going through,except you. It is your sacred responsibility to accept and honor what you are feeling, and why. Your feelings will honor you back. They will leave you with a gift, of healing, of new and unknown strengths.

Debate to understand the other's point of view. Debating simply to defeat, is a sheer waste of time, pitting egos.

People will judge you, o matter what.Be judged for who you are.

We are all entitled to our opinions. We should not, however, require others to agree to them.
