When we look for improvement, our search is always influenced by the belief in own capabilities. We underestimate ourselves, and select the easy or accustomed route that do take us somewhere, but not where we were destined to reach.

Reality has two faces. First one is shown to us by others and the second one is seen & accepted by us, but our belief in reality remains as something believed by the majority, it might not be the most logical, but we keep accepting it till it hides our failures.

Some mistakes are never corrected because we learn to hide them behind our belief that it’s the most appropriate way of approaching things.

Never promise something based on other people’s promises, if their promise is broken, so will be your confidence & image in front of others. Never sleep on a confirmation before considering what if they don’t confirm. Believe them, but also work out an alternative.

When you are not contributing enough to the team’s cause, never lose the belief & the work ethic. Remember, player of the match award by default is not given to star performers but someone who have outperformed other players on a given day, and it could be anyone who believes in being the best.

Crowd thinking never bothers about common sense, if the majority believes in something, it’s not eternally true, mostly it’s the thinking of one or a few individuals who weren’t competent enough to win, but were competent enough to convince people that it’s useless to even compete.

When we run out of options, out of desperation, we jump and hang-on to hope, even if it's the thinnest of thread, because when we run out of options every thread becomes stronger than a rope and do you know what gives strength to the thread? It’s our belief.

The first step of attaining perfection is the belief in the cause. One can be the master of what one does, only when one believes that their effort can really make a bigger difference.
