Expecting others to understand us? First we need to understand the situation; Any misunderstanding can be avoided by having a certain understanding of our deeds, because not reaching an understanding leads to a failure in communication.

Sometimes it takes the understanding of the highest order to understand the message, because the people we meet everyday may not speak the same language even if they speak the same language.

Explaining the purpose gets better results than just talking about it. The key to good explanation isn't technique, it's desire. Until we truly believe in what we say, the outcome will only sound like a general information which is forgotten long before the communication is over.

The communication stopped going anywhere, I felt you are difficult and you felt I was impossible, we both had our reasons to feel upset, but had I realized that I know nothing. And you know nothing too, we both were trying to win a war of nerves. I wish, I would have kept my peace & told you very calmly - let’s figure this out together — the result would have been better, maybe not this time but certainly for the future.
