Instead of surrendering, fight your fear head-on, even the fear fears the fearsome attitude of a fighter unaware of the giving-up option.

Only ourselves can safeguard ourselves from the fear generated by our-self.

The fear and problems live through us, the moment we consider them irrelevant & gather our armor to fight, they just die.

The fear of losing causes bigger suffering than the actual loss and own doubts about the ability to compete make us less competitive.

The difficulty of the journey starts in the mind, but once we decide to go for it, the illusions keep disappearing at every step; why were we afraid? Because we project anything into the unknown, and usually the projected objects are own monsters which gets formed by the doubts in own abilities & fear of failure.

The problem with performing out of fear is that the performance will just be enough to safeguard us for the time being, once out of the problem we start relaxing until the fear strikes back, gradually we become addicted to working only out of fear, and that makes us permanently mediocre or under-performers.

The pause after the question: Are you sure? Is a black hole which has consumed many great ideas. That pause creates a fear of being proven wrong. Fight that fear, and the black hole will disappear, giving way to a brightest shining star.

The moment we believe in a monster under our bed, the monster come into being, our belief in the fear of unseen will force the mind to play every trick in the book to establish our belief; failure is also a self-created monster. It will only follow us till we run away, and vanish, the minute we stop for a fight.
