An easy win is often a curse instead of a blessing; because it develops a confident belief that so little fight is required to typically win, which most often is not the likely case.

A failure is someone who gets used to the failure, by allowing themselves trapped in a vicious cycle of failure and forgetting. Successful people never forget the pain associated with failure. They work towards not getting hurt again.

The habit of losing small battles gives way to losing the big ones. Failure can be permanent only when we fail to notice the regularity at which we are failing. Don't give-up. No opposition is stronger than your courage, make efforts, even if going down is inevitable better go down as heroes & not as sitting ducks.

Self-esteem, a rare quality, which describes people to only find solace once they identify the reason behind the loss, even if it meanspointing the finger at themselves.

The fear of losing causes bigger suffering than the actual loss and own doubts about the ability to compete make us less competitive.

People justify their actions which they think as right, for the rest they provide excuses.We are so involved in justifying the opponent's win, that we conveniently ignore to analyze our loss. Remember, we can only make our opponent weaker by making ourselves stronger.

Leave the boasting for post-game. Let your performance prove the point, remember - one unsatisfactory performance is having a bad day, but the regular low performances reflects: flaw in the technique, emotional immunity to loss or a lack of desire to win. Enough for dragging the entire team down

When we lose despite giving everything, we may have lost the trophy, but won the biggest of the awards which is self-satisfaction and a confidence that even defeat needs some luck to defeat us.

The biggest motivating factor should be the fear of a loss, if you don’t have that than nothing or no one can motivate you.
