When an apology provides a substitute for low quality work, people drastically improve apology tendering skills, leaving behind the urge or necessity to improve work related skills.

Some mistakes are never corrected because we learn to hide them behind our belief that it’s the most appropriate way of approaching things.

Make something every day. Even the mistakes are fine, as long as committed in the process of making things better. Not attempting anything due to the fear of mistakes causes the worst of damages.
