Even if you forget your lines, don't stumble, confidently continue with something of your own, mind you, conviction and confidence in the performance hold the audience's attention span, sales is no different.

Not everyone performs best every day. Some outdo the others, although small contributions also adds to the team’s win, but a team with a high percentage of players satisfied with their small contributions, never wins regularly. A winning team needs the players with a hunger to make it big, players with their stomach full of self-satisfaction and egos brings down the team’s downfall.

The definition of the best team member is someone who fits-in easily, but stands out with their outstanding performance.

The amount of time & creativity spent on scripting our excuses on failures & lack of efforts, is much higher than genuinely making positive efforts. The problem starts when we start believing in the script written only for pleasing the audience

The problem with performing out of fear is that the performance will just be enough to safeguard us for the time being, once out of the problem we start relaxing until the fear strikes back, gradually we become addicted to working only out of fear, and that makes us permanently mediocre or under-performers.

When you are not contributing enough to the team’s cause, never lose the belief & the work ethic. Remember, player of the match award by default is not given to star performers but someone who have outperformed other players on a given day, and it could be anyone who believes in being the best.

If you want to make a difference, do it now, no matter how skilled a player you are, once the last ball of the match is bowled you will only be judged at your performance between those overs.
