The trouble with sticking to the non-working conventional approach isn't only that they don’t produce the desired results, but we expect them to do so.

I am feeling demotivated today! But that itself is a motivation to do some work that keeps me motivated to expect the good results. Results that will be good enough to motivate me for tomorrow.

Self-analysis is a key to understand the level of efforts required by different people to meet the desired results, some requires high efforts and others get it with minimal efforts, luck is not the difference it's the level of skills, IQ and determination.
