It’s scary to be in the dark initially, but the real vision is lost when instead of searching for the light, we start adjusting to the dark.

If you blindly start following the route to success, you might not get your vision back but it will open the vision of other people, which is often blinded by the fear of failure.

We don’t miss or overlook the information; we see the outcome invented by our mind, and gets deceived by our version of the vision which sees only short term comfort & false hopes, a good vision is nothing but knowledge to look at all the possible outcomes.

Patch-up work is making things look good & work for a short time; but it drives away the vision; because a vision requires burdening the mind with an inconvenience job of imagining the look & effectiveness of similar things in the future.

When all the players of a team collectively execute the vision, the situation and condition don’t really affect the performance.
