You are one with the universe. When you try to create an identity separate from the universe, you feel small and insignificant. Then starts the struggle to avoid that feeling. Then you try to pump up that separate identity (ego) through illusions of money, power and status.

Child of someone, friend of someone, employee of someone, lover of something and hater of something... You identify yourself always in relation to someone or something.You are like a car tethered to other cars from all directions, which in turn are tethered to other cars. Result is stress, dilemmas, conflicts.

Breath has two orientations- it either goes in or out. Similarly, your life energy has two orientations - dominating and submissive. It should keep flowing in both orientations. Always trying to be dominating is like trying to keep the breath out. Always trying to be submissive is like trying to keep the breath inside.

Everything is not your responsibility. Trees grow in jungle without your help. Birds fly high without your help. Universe takes care of everything.

To those who are crawling under the weight of their ego, an egoless person appears small because he flies high in the sky of freedom.

Like social media profile, we also have a 'thought profile' in our mind which has information about who we think we are, and how we want others to see us.Profiles are talking with each other, not real people. This all human chattering is so mechanical and tasteless that we have to add our own spice of passion and imagination to make it worth consuming.

When you drink water, the clouds, rivers, ocean, wells and icy mountains should come in your mind. But human ego makes you think that water was created in a factory. Let go of ego and be one with the universe. Ego uses you, the universe nourishes you.

Best charity is to give yourself away to the universe. Let the universal intelligence direct your actions.

You are a small part of the universe. How can another small part make you complete?The line you have drawn between you and the rest of the universe is Ego. When that line vanishes, you become complete.
