A baby doesn't need training for breastfeeding. Training is required to go towards society, not to go towards the source. When you're asking 'how', you're asking to be trained. A Guru is not a trainer.

Open eye meditation can give you sudden enlightening experience. Just sit still in nature and stare. You may get sudden realization that your body is not separate from the surrounding.

The ocean wants to remain calm and peaceful. But the moon causes tides on its surface. Should He go and fight the moon? Or He should dwell deep within itself where He is always calm?

Body-mind seems like a movie character and life becomes enjoyable like a movie when you (soul) slightly detach from body-mind. That detachment can't be forced. It happens like a ripe fruit detaching from tree. To become ripe, surrender and let the universe take you through certain life experiences.

Oneness has to be realized, not created. Those who try to create oneness in the world end up creating one more group, one more sect, one more division.

A student asks, "Sir, if you're enlightened, why are you stuck in this body?" Guru replies, "This body is a drop in the ocean. I am the ocean, not a drop. Since you identify yourself as a drop, you only see drops around you.

Your whole being is like a home. Everyone is allowed to come at the door, only a few in living room, fewer still in bedroom. And then there is a secret room where nobody is allowed. Not even your own mind.We are so obsessed with others that we mostly live at the door (outer appearance) or in living room (job, relationship and travel that we do to fit with others).

If you can perceive something with all your 5 senses, you call that thing real. If you still doubt it, senses say, "Ask other people. They can confirm that what you see is real."But those other people are also being perceived by you through your 5 senses only. Who will confirm that they are real? You can be sure only about your own existence. Others may be just an illusion.

Your legs, hands, eyes etc. have come together in ONE PLACE to create a system which is called a “Body”. It helps you fulfill your desires.Your friends, family, co-workers, leaders etc. have come together in ONE TIME to create a system which is called “life”. The day you start feeling that you are the brain of this system, the day you start feeling that you are the origin of everything around you, everyone will seem to be working to fulfill your desires.
