Spiritual growth is like physical growth in reverse: First you ask this and that from God like a child. When you grow spiritually, you feel like you are again in the womb... in the womb of the universe. Everything is provided without asking.

I am a soul. Soul doesn't die. Body dies." This is your belief, not your experience. The experience of being eternal is hard to earn. People try to strengthen their beliefs by defending them... They become touchy about the source of their beliefs (their holy books and gurus and gods). But no matter how much you strengthen your belief, it won't come even close to experience.

If you directly learn some meditation technique, you won't be able to do it when you need it the most (when life is painful). Before learning techniques, build faith in God/Universe. But alas! These days people idolize Karna, not Arjuna.

Not just on body, we wear clothes on our mind too. Opinions and prejudices are like tightly stitched clothes. It’s OK if you wear them while dealing with the outside world. That too is not suggested for seekers.Faith and trust are like comfortable unstitched clothes. You must wear them inside home with loved ones.

Trust has to be absolute. If you trust as per convenience, it's not trust at all. For example, If your flight gets delayed, don't call it your bad luck. Trust that it's for your own good.

Universe can be imagined as a huge residential building. The view is different from different floors and apartments.Humanity is just one floor. A belief system is just one apartment on this floor. Free yourself from self-imposed limits. Whole building is yours!

God means absolute freedom. He can’t forcefully take you away from your problems.

If you trust the universe as a whole, you will feel secure. If you trust just a part of the universe (a person or a thing), doubt will come along with it. The duality of trust and doubt will make you insecure.

A dentist can work on you only if you remain calmly sitting in the chair. Usually our wish gets fulfilled when we get tired and stop wishing for it. Because that’s when we become calm and allow divine energies to work upon us.
