When you run away from painful emotions, you run into stormy thoughts. Then you run back to painful emotions. It becomes a loop. Stay with the painful emotions. Swallow them no matter how bitter they are.

Nobody is listening to you. Your dialogue is just a cue for them to say their dialogue, and act their part. If everyone plays their part well, you feel that it’s all real. Be grateful to the bad actors who ruined this illusion for you and turned you inward.

A relationship in itself is a living being. A cat doesn't live as long as a tortoise. The utopian idea that all relationships should last a human lifetime has created so much mental pain and sickness in society.

If you are allowing someone to lift you up with praise and compliments, you are giving them power to throw you down with blame and insults.

You say you're madly in love with me. Yes, I can see the madness but no love. You don't love me. You're madly attached to a fantasized version of me that you've created in your head. You don't talk to me. You talk to your fantasies.

If all your emotional issues get resolved, what will happen to the entertainment industry? How will they engage you? You won't be able to relate to any story. Whole industry runs on your issues.

How can I move on? With my thoughts and imaginations, I have turned you into a demigod. You're no longer a person; You're an idol in the temple of my heart. No, it can't be a move on. It has to be a sacrilege.
