You identify yourself always in relation to someone or something.You are like a car tethered to other cars from all directions, which in turn are tethered to other cars. Result is stress, dilemmas, conflicts.

When you run away from painful emotions, you run into stormy thoughts. Then you run back to painful emotions. It becomes a loop. Stay with the painful emotions. Swallow them no matter how bitter they are.
