If you're not willing to be pulled out of your existing mental and physical structures, you can't expect to have anything different from what you have.

If your needs (not desires) are within your resources, you are blessed. If a blessed person has no friends, universe does not create situations in which he would need a friend.

Spiritual growth is like physical growth in reverse: First you ask this and that from God like a child. When you grow spiritually, you feel like you are again in the womb... in the womb of the universe. Everything is provided without asking.

Let your goal be no less than becoming complete. Let your ego perish in pursuit of this goal so that you can recognize your eternal self which is already complete.

If you do Yoga, meditation and other spiritual and religious practices to take some benefit out of them, you will not get the deep benefits. Do them to give yourself to them, not to take anything out of them.

I am a soul. Soul doesn't die. Body dies." This is your belief, not your experience. The experience of being eternal is hard to earn. People try to strengthen their beliefs by defending them... They become touchy about the source of their beliefs (their holy books and gurus and gods). But no matter how much you strengthen your belief, it won't come even close to experience.

If materialistic world is noise, spirituality or religion is music. Most people just keep shuttling between noise and music. To discover the eternal silence, you have to realize that the music is just refined noise.

When your mind fills with dark clouds of bad temper and the lightening of anger is about to strike, look for the shelter. Don’t run outside towards the target of your anger. The only shelter is inside you where your deity is smiling, where your higher self is shining.

It’s easy to open your eyes to the temptations of this world. Soon you forget how to close them. It’s equally easy to shut your eyes to the world and sit in a cave. Soon your senses become as dead as that of a corpse. Only the awakened ones know how to open and close their eyes naturally.
