You can meditate even while chopping carrots: The metal of knife has come from Earth, carrots have come from Earth, body is nothing but refined Earth. It's all a dance of Earth and you are the eternal watcher, the soul.

Body-mind seems like a movie character and life becomes enjoyable like a movie when you (soul) slightly detach from body-mind. That detachment can't be forced. It happens like a ripe fruit detaching from tree. To become ripe, surrender and let the universe take you through certain life experiences.

The universe is dark and infinite. Then how come this little scene happening before me so vibrant with colours, shapes, patterns, sounds, sensations? This childlike wonder will keep you in eternal bliss. On the other hand, human characters and stories will give you highs-lows, pain-pleasure, hope-fear, stress-release and so on.

Know yourself and you will know God. Are you a body, a mind, a soul or something else or nothing? Can you be anything you want to be or you are already everything you want to be?

Mind is like a wild horse that either runs after something or runs away from something. You are not the mind. You are the rider sitting still.

What would the doctors do if there were no patients? What would politicians do if there were no social problems? What would humanitarians do if there were no inhumanity? The opposite sides that seem to be fighting each other actually depend on each other, define each other, thrive with each other.

A cave is formed naturally by interplay of the five elements, and your house is man-made. But what is man? Nothing but an interplay of five elements. Even the thoughts that you consider your own are nothing but fireplay happening in your mind. When you realize this truth, your house will also feel like a cave and your life will become a meditation.

Understand the difference between mystical art and mystical knowldge. Devotional music, life stories of mystics and gods, images, paintings etc. may temporarily transport you to mystical world but they can't give you mystical powers. Art is beautiful. Knowledge is boring. Ancient sages tried to mix art with knowledge. We discarded the knowledge but kept the art.

All your spiritual knowledge will just remain a theory until you go in full solitude. How long will you keep talking to your shadows (people around you)?
