People can't have an opinion about you. Because you're nothingness. They have opinion about the body-mind you're wearing. That's understandable. If you're wearing blue and somebody doesn't like blue, that's totally fine.

If you're feeling depressed or anxious, throw away your phone, get out of the room, and lie down on your back under the open sky. Not on a mat. Disappear in grass, collapse on stone or shatter in soil. Withdraw from the human circus and merge back with the universe.
