If a good thing is going out of your life despite all your efforts, don’t cling to it otherwise you will miss the better things coming your way.If a bad thing is staying in your life despite all your efforts, let it stay for some more time. It is probably stopping a worse thing from coming in and taking its place.

A laptop is a good example of what this universe is all about. When it is folded, it is nothing. There is no movement and no visuals. When you unfold it, two parts emerge: the keyboard part and the screen part.The screen part is the outer world or the Existence. That is where your body exists. The keyboard part is inner world or the non-Existence. That is where your soul (non-)exists. A soul often gets so attached to the visuals on screen that it forgets about the keyboard or the inner world.

Suppose a song is playing on your phone. If you use an earphone, it will feel like the song is playing in your head.Similarly, your mind is not in your head. Mind is an invisible body which is at a distance from your physical body, but it is connected to your head through a cord. If you disturb this cord, you can have “out of the body experiences”. You can see your own body from outside you.

Your body gets hungry or thirsty. Your mind says, “I know this sensation. Now body will start looking for food or water. This is normal.”If your body gets some unknown sensation. Your mind freaks out because it doesn’t know what that sensation is for. It becomes anxious and fearful. Shut your mind. Allow your body to fulfill that sensation freely. Maybe it just wants to watch the clouds or go for a walk.

Two people peacefully living together makes no story. To create a story, somebody good must turn bad, somebody bad must turn good. There has to be conflict, drama, emotions... Your mind's craving for stories is wounding your soul again and again.

When was the last time somebody looked at you? People are just coming before your eyes and saying their dialogues. They are not looking at you.When someone really looks at you, you will feel that you exist.

You can't stay with your body even for a minute. You wander off in thoughts, imaginations and dreams. So you are certainly not the body. To know who you are, ask yourself this: Are you coming to the same body after each trip outside?

5 Minutes ago you were not the same person as you are now. In the past you were some "other" person. Don't judge others. Be compassionate to others

Most beautiful treasures are found by grace, not merely by seeking. But seeking is very important. Only when the Ego goes out for seeking can the treasures come in to adorn your soul.
