Suppose you have a weighing scale that has maximum weighing limit of 10kg. If I put things below 10 kg on it, it will measure them correctly. If I put an 11kg thing, it will measure it incorrectly as 10 kg. When you try to describe things that are beyond your limit, you end up describing yourself and your own limits.

The new trend of capturing pics instead of enjoying the experience is not new. Human mind has been doing that for ages. Your mind tries to capture the experience by naming, defining, judging, comparing and categorizing everything. As a result, your soul misses the live dance of colours, sounds, shapes and sensations happening before you.

What you think, speak and do is mostly in reaction to the people and situation around you. Rare are those moments when your bare soul expresses itself from deep within.

Why do you want to put clothes of explanation on everything? Why don't you let a few things remain naked, mysterious, original, raw?

If you are searching for keys and you assume that the keychain is green, your mind will ignore everything except green. If the keychain is red, you won’t be able to find the Keys even if they are right before your eyes.If you are searching for a solution and you assume that it is difficult, your mind will ignore the easy solutions. Don’t assume. Biggest problems often have the easiest solutions.

Notice the small letter “a”. The typed “a” is different from what you write with pen on paper. This difference doesn't bother you at all. Mind can adapt to anything. It can even learn to read 'cow' as 'elephant'.

Glass and sand are made from the same material (silicon). Heroes and villains are cut from the same cloth. Don’t reject a hero just because he resembles a villain of your past.

If you have labelled someone as good or bad, you have created a wall between them and you.

Your mind is a great lawyer. It can defend as well as prosecute your beliefs. Sadly, you use its services only as a defense lawyer and the outside world automatically becomes the prosecutor.Challenge your beliefs yourself. Be your own prosecutor.
