Responding to hurt at body level (shedding tears) and mind level (churning thoughts) gives you release. You learned this response from parents, society, books, TV, movies etc.If you don’t respond to hurt at body-mind level, it will hit directly at your soul. And then soul will run towards the supreme soul. Hurt will become the purest form of prayer which gets answered instantly.

A bird is inside a moving car. He is flapping his wings and thinking that car is moving because of him. That is your life: Bird is your soul, car is your body-mind. You say, “There is no satisfaction in the journey.” Guru says, “Detach from the car.” But you panic as soon as you hear the word “detach”. It only means, fly above the car, not inside it.

Pain multiplies when you try to go away from it. Be with it until it goes away from you.

People don't have time to be evil. There is pettiness all around but not much evil.

There are no colours. There are things and light that appear to have colours. Our mind labels them as Red, Green, Blue etc. But they too are just labels, not colours. Colours are non-existent. But non-existence is more real and alive than existence. Your real self (soul) resides in non-existence.

Your head wants you to do something for a better future. Your heart wants you to do what you like in the present. They are like two directors of a company. If they are on the same page (what you enjoy doing in present is also good for your future), the company flourishes. They come on the same page when the auditor or observer of the company (your soul) is aware.

Your sorrows and pain are like a hot desert in a summer afternoon. When the night falls and moon rises, same desert turns into an unparalleled beauty. Let the moon of awareness rise in your life.

Some people are like echo. They will always have the last word in an argument, Even if you tell them that they are like echo, they will retort. Finally you have to settle for silence.Not just some people but the entire Space-Time is an echo chamber of duality. When you realize this, you settle for the eternal silence.

You are in a house of mirrors. People around you are your reflections. They look different because you look different from different angles. You are Paramatma (Supreme Soul). Don't identify yourself with a reflection which says, 'No, I am just a little human being.
