When you keep watching “I”, you will realize that “I” is “nothingness” and it just gets attached things like body or mind.

Imagine that you are watching a movie which is so engaging that you forget yourself. Suppose that the movie is not 3 hours long but millions of years long. Of course, a human protagonist can’t have such a long story. So, the protagonist of the movie is someone who changes forms from human to cow to monkey to tree to dog to cat and so on... Then who are you and who is the protagonist of the movie? Aren’t you the eternal power watching your own story unfold before you?

When you are attached to things and people, you are the only one to take care of them. When you get detached, your identity expands and higher powers manifest through you to take care of them.

Imagine that your nails and hair start growing so fast that you can see them coming out of your body in real-time. The matter is coming and going out of every inch of your body. Like water flows through a bank of river Ganga, five elements are flowing in and out of your body. Why do you identify yourself with the flowing matter? You are the ancient banks.

Your mind is like a bell hanging outside a temple. It reacts to everything and gives sounds like “That is wrong” “That is right” “I like it” “I disagree.”Let it ring. Let it react. Leave it where it is and go inside the temple. Detach from the mind to enter your inner temple.

The knowledge that the world has given you is nothing but a set of robotic commands. It has turned you into robot: What is it? Milk. What to do with it?
