Suppose you have a weighing scale that has maximum weighing limit of 10kg. If I put things below 10 kg on it, it will measure them correctly. If I put an 11kg thing, it will measure it incorrectly as 10 kg. When you try to describe things that are beyond your limit, you end up describing yourself and your own limits.

Mind can't go inward. It can only go in opposite direction- from pleasure to pain, from chaos to discipline. While trying to find the path which is beyond all opposites, you will realize that you are not mind.

There may be many tourist places in your city Tourists go inside them and explore. You see them from outside everyday. But you haven’t gone inside them and explored like a tourist.God is not far away from you. He is so near that you have created a mental distance from Him.

Responding to hurt at body level (shedding tears) and mind level (churning thoughts) gives you release. You learned this response from parents, society, books, TV, movies etc.If you don’t respond to hurt at body-mind level, it will hit directly at your soul. And then soul will run towards the supreme soul. Hurt will become the purest form of prayer which gets answered instantly.

A bird is inside a moving car. He is flapping his wings and thinking that car is moving because of him. That is your life: Bird is your soul, car is your body-mind. You say, “There is no satisfaction in the journey.” Guru says, “Detach from the car.” But you panic as soon as you hear the word “detach”. It only means, fly above the car, not inside it.

Pick any person in the world and know them closely. You will discover their sad story. Everyone feels victimized in some way or the other. We all are victims of a collective illusion but we keep pointing fingers at each other.

This world is an illusion." Only the awakened beings have the right to make this statement. They feel compassion for even a broken car because they can see God in everything. Other people may draw a completely negative meaning out of this statement.

Anything that can be said is a perspective, not truth.

When you detach from your identity and I detach from mine, we are nothing (Shunya). But that 'nothing' contains everything just as white light contains all colours.
