To detach from someone, just know them fully.

Good times pass very fast. Bad times pass very slow. When you detach from both good and bad, time doesn’t pass at all. That is Timelessness or Eternal Bliss.

Let go of things just like you let go of your phone at service center. Everything is under universal warranty. The universe can repair or replace anything.

I forgive you.’ This statement suggests attachment. If you have forgiven someone to close their chapter from your life, you won’t feel the need of saying it to them. They will just stop existing for you.

If your bucket didn't fetch any water from the well, don't hurry to declare that the well is dry. Maybe there is a hole in your bucket. We often come across such characters who just can't see their fault. Just pray for them and detach.

A bird is inside a moving car. He is flapping his wings and thinking that car is moving because of him. That is your life: Bird is your soul, car is your body-mind. You say, “There is no satisfaction in the journey.” Guru says, “Detach from the car.” But you panic as soon as you hear the word “detach”. It only means, fly above the car, not inside it.

Most people don’t want solution of their problem. When someone rants about their problem, imagine someone sitting in a cinema hall and ranting about the villain. They are fully engrossed in this endless movie since many births.

When you're attached to a team or a player, a game becomes an emotional ferry wheel. Else you just chill and enjoy it like art. Similarly, when you're attached to things, life is a ferry wheel of emotions. When you're detached, life is a walk through an art village.

It's like a play being enacted in a dark theater. You have brought your own torch to watch it. You should be able to walk out without feeling bad because the play is not dependent on your torch.
