Every time you feel sad, you become a little silent Now your mind has started associating silence with sadness. Be silent when you are happy. When mind starts associating silence with happiness, going into meditative silence becomes easier.

At a place, I heard the river talking to the banks, “I have travelled so far, how far to go before I reach the ocean? Please guide.”The banks were silent. But there was an answer in the silence, “From the origin to the end, you are a single unit, 0 River! Stop identifying yourself as water. You, the river, are already in touch with the ocean.

In literature, words are used to give pleasures to your mind. In spirituality, words are used to take you beyond mind into the ultimate bliss of wordlessness (silence). Many seekers mistake spirituality as literature. They just enjoy the use of poetic words and stories.

Whether it’s your relationship with your spouse or Guru or God, trust is the root. It can only be watered by spending silent time together. Talking is like watering the leaves. When trust dries up, everything you say will be misunderstood and all the sweet talks you have had in the past will only cause pain and tears. They can’t build or rebuild trust.

If two deer meet in a jungle, they silently eat the grass or play. I am this... You did this... How dare you say that... All these arguments take place only when one of them is not a deer. And these arguments will reach no conclusion.They should either silently accept each other or silently walk away. Silence is the most natural thing in both the cases.

Life is a silent movie. Society gives you subtitles (thoughts and words) which ruin the whole movie.

God said, "I am the one and only word spoken in the language of silence. All the words spoken or written by the mankind are just an attempt to translate me into their language. So many holy and unholy books, so many theories, ideologies, doctrines, dogmas_. Why. humanity. why? Why can’t you accept that I can’t be translated? Why can’t you return to the language of silence in which I am originally written?

People speak for two reasons, One, they speak to express what is in their mind. Second, and more often, they speak to hide something that silence might otherwise reveal.

By the time you have described a moment in words, it has passed away. Instead of talking about dead moments, let us birth a new moment in silence.
