Fully explore the limits of your body-mind and accept those limits. Then suddenly you will realize that you're limitless; you're not body-mind.

Are you broken? Good. Now fall apart completely. You will realize that what has fallen apart is not you. It's just a thin external coating that hides your pure, eternal and ever-shining being.

In spiritual context, ego doesn't mean just the superiority complex. Those who have inferiority complex have even bigger egos. Ego means strong identification with a particular body-mind which leads to unhealthy comparison with other body-minds.

A text becomes popular if it massages everyone's beliefs. For example: "If your heart and intentions are pure, God is with you." This saying is popular because everyone believes that their heart and intentions are pure. ॐ

Ego is like a wall. It is impossible to keep it shining with colours of positivity. The mud and mess of negativity will also stick and spread on it.

If someone is accusing you of being something, either you are that or you are a mirror in which they are seeing their own reflection.

Difference between ego and identity: You hold an identity to enjoy the Leela (divine play). Ego holds you and pulls you into Maya (illusionary trap).

Your ego lives inside you but she is not you; she is your close cousin. We always react more when a family member is hurt. That’s why you react when your dear cousin Ego gets hurt. Your core self is very secure and untroubled by what people say.

You are suffering from yourself. Others are just a symptom.
