Every time you feel sad, you become a little silent Now your mind has started associating silence with sadness. Be silent when you are happy. When mind starts associating silence with happiness, going into meditative silence becomes easier.

Suppose you're about to start playing a game. Somebody comes and says, "You're going to play a game." Then if you play, you're proving them right. If you don't play, you are proving them wrong.It no longer remains your game. It becomes all about them. This is how thoughts tie you down. This is how Maya binds the soul.

All processes in nature create waste but nature takes care of the waste too. The thought process is man-made. The waste it creates is like plastic.Religions all over the world have turned human mind into a factory of creating pious thoughts. The waste it creates is immense and dirty. People try to burn it with the fire of hatred, riots, wars and so on... True religion is about discovering the zone of no thought.

There is difference between knowing something and knowing "about" something. To know tea, you have to drink it. To know "about" it, you can google information and write essays or books on it.Tragedy is that most people just want to know "about" God. Those who dare to jump from the boat of knowledge and dive into nothingness are very very few.

All emotions and feelings are tasty if they are drank and digested. They turn nasty because we keep chewing them with the teeth of reasoning and thought.

Your body is like a kite. The space around you is the turbulent sky through which it is fluttering It is going where the wind of thoughts takes it. Leave this kite here. Don’t fight with the wind either.Just descend deep inside you and find your inner ground. Get hold of the string of awareness. It’s a magical string. You just have to watch the kite “and it will get out of the turbulent sky.

Nothingness is the source of everything. But if you want to take an apple out of it, so many other things will come out along with apple: The farmer who produced it, the farm, the seed shop, farmer’s family and ancestors... a whole new universe will come out with apple.

Only your conscious being is eternally yours. Everything else is bonus. The loss or gain is happening from the bonus.

To realize the Supreme Power, either analyze your mind and keep negating all your beliefs until “nothing” remains. Or love the outside world and keep accepting everything and everyone as His reflection. Either reach nothingness or reach everythingness; both are same.
