Our only chance of long-term survival is not to remain inward-looking on planet Earth, but to spread out into space.

So remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the universe exist. Be curious. And however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at. It matters that you just don't give up. Unleash your imagination. Shape the future.

I think the human race doesn't have a future if it doesn't go into space.

If we want to travel into the future, we just need to go fast. Really fast. And I think the only way we're ever likely to do that is by going into space.
