A very large percent of the thoughts and feelings that people attach themselves to are useless to living. The mind tells us otherwise. It will say that this thought or that feeling is crucial to existing. But existing has little to do with living and still less with consciously living.

Detachment is the minds attempt to not care when you actually do care. To not love when you do truly love. Detachment causes suffering.

The search for balance, peace, and harmony is similar to standing in a forest. We look for trees. But can’t see them because we only see the forest. Indeed, it is a strange phenomenon.

The least amount of mind resistance allows maximum conscious awareness.

I am on a surfboard riding the wave of life. I do my best to stay on board. And at the same time, I let the wave take me along.

I am alive. I choose how I will live and how life will be experienced.

Reach out to the universe. Not so much through human-bound interaction. Rather with the possibilities that are there in the realm of awakened consciousness.

Conscious living may offer us a new perspective regarding our daily activities and understanding of how everything unfolds. Does a feather fight against the wind or define the wind as being its fate? Both are unlikely simply because the feather is experiencing the natural flow of the wind. It does this without interpretation or definition. The feather is one with the now of this moment because it allows life to flow through it and the wind to move it.

We have mostly forgotten how easy it is just to live and experience the totality of life. However, people are awakening to this fact more than ever before in our history. There is a shift occurring worldwide. Thus, this transformation has the potential to blossom into an era of conscious evolution for our species.
