Life is a balanced system of learning and evolution. Whether pleasure or pain; every situation in your life serves a purpose. It is up to us to recognize what that purpose could be.

There’s a healthy emotional balance to life… If you’re just a people pleaser, you’ll lose yourself. If you’re only focused on self-care, you’ll lose everyone else. Part of our healthy journey is to find that balance.

We have an internal check and balance system. By design we are so filled with possibility, opportunity, with greatness that when we live small, within the bottom of our capability, we innately know we should be living greater than that, and it creates a disconnect inside that leads us to feeling empty, unhappy, maybe even depressed.

Your life is a reflection of how effectively you balance potential and kinetic energy.

Do not question your ability or worthiness. God is a universe of purpose-driven balance. If you have been called to action, it is because you have it within you to rise to the challenge of your calling. Now, RISE to it!

We must remember balance and moderation. Patience can be spiritually enriching and virtuous… but when taken in excess, it turns to procrastination, the poison of inaction.
