When I left, they were stuck with the burden of finding someone else to blame for their life... Pointing their anger everywhere, but never looking in the mirror... Continuing the cycle that led to their misery.

Sure, military combat is scary... but in some ways combat seems a little easier than personal relationships. At least in combat, the enemy is honest enough to claim themselves as such.

Stop telling me that love is blind. Love doesn't need to be blind; it is accepting. It can see everything and still be unconditionally strong. Love sees you and accepts you for who you are.
