Stay focused. Not every distraction is a worthy detour.

There is something vibrantly beautiful, a glow, that radiates from someone who is actively moving towards their goals and dreams. I’m not sure what it is, but I know I love it, I’m attracted to it, and I surround myself with people who have it. The courageous few who dare to radiate this life essence... those are my people.

We’re a society that creates super heroes who aren’t really super heroes. They are just regular people who live in alignment with their goals and dreams. They don’t just talk about it, the LIVE it. You can choose to do the same.

A Happiness key: Maintain something to be enthusiastic about. Small/frequent goals = Dopamine hits that propel success.

I set goals…I take chances…I dare to achieve…I win…I lose…I don’t quit…It’s my life and I’m not afraid to LIVE it!I would rather experience the ups and downs of a life I have chosen, than to suffer the regret of a life I have settled for.

When you pursue your goals with passion, you will attract people who love you; but you’ll also attract haters. I’m okay with that; I welcome it. I don’t want to live life as a spectator. I’ve learned that if no one is cheering you on and/or booing you; it means you're not in the game.

Map out lofty goals… include reasonable checkpoints along the way... refine, improve, and enhance your behavior in alignment with your goals…. that is the dynamic of true leadership and the formula for success.

With automobile accidents, mechanical failure is seldom the cause; and most often, operator error. I find the same to be true with corporate failings…. the people are rarely the issue… the shortcoming is most often found in the leadership.

If you can see the vision of your goal clearly, you can plan and map effectively, and navigate efficiently.
