It's sad... Some people are damaged. And damaged people damage people. They've lost belief in themselves and their projections will convince you to doubt yourself too. Help them if you can... If they want to be helped. If not, listen closely when I tell you to GET THE F*** OUT OF THERE!

You'll drive yourself crazy trying to control something that isn't yours to control. Let go. Free yourself. Allow your mind and energy to focus on something positive… to build something beautiful.

I was asked about an emotional hack for letting go... Here's the truth; They are NEVER going to be sorry enough... You want THEM to bleed from the cut they gave YOU. It doesn't work that way. When you realize this, you can finally save your emotional energy and free yourself from the burden of holding a grudge... You can move on.

I had to heal… I had to stop trying to nourish my present life with expired moments. I had to move on… So that I could experience new love without being afraid of old pain.

I went to text them and had to scroll down to find their name. At that moment, I realized that I had let them go without even noticing. Healing had taken place in its own time.. It felt healthy… Sometimes letting go is like that.

The art of letting go is simply about personal empowerment. Realizing what you’re in charge of, realizing what you control, and more importantly, what you don’t control.

There is beauty in Simplicity. There is power in Forgiveness. There is wisdom in Letting Go.

You know what? Some people just suck. You can drive yourself crazy trying to figure out why or you can just accept it for what it is and move on.

My eyes opened... I had been blessed with a new day; another chance to get it right. I could take a small step in a healthier direction. I could allow the grace I have been shown to fuel my courage to let go of the past. I could be grateful to see that God thinks I deserve another day... And I will make this day count!
