Every step towards your dream today is a step away from your regret tomorrow.

Why don’t I lose sleep over haters? Because I know that their hate for me is just an indication of a much bigger psychological issue. Haters are rarely better off than you personally or professionally... and if they were to just focus on their own life instead of mine, they would be so much better off. But that’s their problem; not mine. I’ll sleep fine and continue living my dream.

Resolutions: So many will fail; NOT because they didn't set goals, but because they didn't set behaviors.

Leadership is a mindset in which one is unapologetically driven towards their goals and in behaving accordingly, inspires those around them to join in.

If your actions don’t reflect your goals… and your behavior doesn’t reflect your company’s vision… then you’re not a leader; regardless of what your title indicates.

The journey of success requires a map for effective navigation. Establish a destination by defining what you want. Once you have a destination, take physical action by making choices that move you towards that destination.

Stay focused. Not every distraction is a worthy detour.

There is something vibrantly beautiful, a glow, that radiates from someone who is actively moving towards their goals and dreams. I’m not sure what it is, but I know I love it, I’m attracted to it, and I surround myself with people who have it. The courageous few who dare to radiate this life essence... those are my people.
