This is my year. The year I will matter. The year I will take care of me. The year I will conquer my fears. The year I will feed my soul as well as my pleasures. It’s a year that does not end after 365 days. It will never end because I will never quit trying to be better.

Until you believe you can do it, it's going to be difficult to convince anyone else you can do it.

When you fall don’t get up until you figure out what tripped you.

Gather all the good and let go of the rest.

It is not too late, friends, to dig up that buried dream and give it breath again.

Be aware. Be awake. Appreciate that today is a gift that will be gone tomorrow.

Update your version of me because I’m not the same person I was before. If you don’t get that, you don’t get me.

You don’t recover by stopping the old, but by starting the new. You’ll go back to your old ways unless you create new ways.

You can numb the pain, but that hasn’t erased your problem, it’s just given it time to grow.
