Abuse is when you don't want to do something,and you are guilted into doing it. Without proper boundaries you can't control your time or life.

Because you are so nice, beautiful and you have no boundaries, you are narc-bait.

You can be a good person with a kind heart and still say no to people.

Boundaries are guidelines, rules and limits we all must set to protect our time, heart, finances, etc. Without strong defined boundaries we expose ourselves to being abused by narcissists.

Babies cry to get their needs met. Narcissists are great actors and often use tears as a tool of manipulations, this is an abuse tactic! Do not allow them to let this work as guilt, they are acting!

You have the right to set a boundary about anything you want. Define it, announce it, honor it.

A boundary is your souls wish for you to take care of yourself.
