Each of us is naturally intuitive, partly because we are all connected and have access to a ‘collective consciousness or unconsciousness’, akin to an intuition network.

My journey to writing the book 'Intuition' was often lonely & always enlightening. It was a labour of love with the intention of demystifying intuition so everyone can be encouraged to nurture their intuition as unique as one can be.

Intuition conveys messages through emotions.

Insight requires a healthy combination of: • genuine curiosity, • interest, • openness,• and a belief that it is always there for the taking.

Relaxing attracts insight. Plus, it is good for our well-being. It replenishes our energies and refreshes our mind so that we can be more receptive.

We can better appreciate how intuition works in the background by identifying: the processes or steps we use to gather and interpret information; what makes those processes unique for each person; and which factors influence the processes.

Intuition is a leap from logic and reasoning, yet the ability to ‘know without knowing how we know’ resonates as truth and fact, undoubtedly with its own set of triggers and correlations.

Intuition is awareness of something extraordinary which elicits astonishment and admiration. It is a shift in focus encouraging reflection and requiring a degree of involvement.

Regarding Intuition:The great distance and divide between perception and intuition disappear, and we get from Point A to Point Z, at once.
