In a ten-block radius from my home, there was Eddie Fisher, Al Martino, Buddy Greco, Frankie Avalon, Fabian, Bobby Rydell, Sunny Gale (she was a wonderful singer), David Brenner, Jack Klugman. Mario Lanza was in my family by marriage.
