It's safe to say that on the indictment, and on the video, and from what I know from his driving and the way he was performing on that video, he was falling-down drunk and had no business being behind the wheel of a car. Intoxication is an issue in this case. It's a very important issue and we are going to be able to perceive fully, with strong evidence, that he was intoxicated and that he knew what he was doing ? that he fled the scene because of it.
