The last two years I've gone to (West's) summer open mats and coach Nicola has helped me out a lot. I knew I'd have some good workout partners at West and it's actually a lot better fit for me here academically. The past two years I've cut more weight than I should have. I'm more tall and lean but I'm mostly muscle and I have more energy not cutting so much.
