One of the really, really big reasons why the league has been so good is that it has had outstanding leadership. The commissioner has led the league through some real growth periods. Obviously they're going to lose a great man who has done a tremendous job a tremendous job. That has to be one of the toughest jobs that anyone could ever deal with: the owners and the players and all the issues that come up with that. I can understand why he might have felt it was time to retire.
