At first, the idea of exercising at 7 a.m. on Saturday mornings can be a little hard to get used to. But after a few weeks most of our members look forward to spending time with our friends doing something we love and that we know is so important to our health. By starting early, we still have most of the day to spend with our families and with our run-walk method we still have the energy to enjoy the weekend.
