I think social media and WhatsApp are extremely worthy if you use them, like everything else, intelligently. There is some (limited) good, useful, content out there, there is definitely some utility for these tools/platforms and we must stay with those in focus. There is no point in berating their intrusive and mindless nature/character. Know the beast. Tame it. Use it for its true benefits. This holds the key to your inner peace and Happiness!
