We're looking to improve in every area and our focus this week has been looking at our game and preparing at both ends. Defensively, we want to make them try and score on seven defenders and get better in our transition game.

I thought our effort on Wednesday night was excellent. We played another well executed game in both skill and game plan. The energy level was pretty high, and the team play was strong.
