    The town should defend itself when it's done something correct. In this instance I believe the judgment that went into the decision was flawed and that led to the lawsuit. In this instance, if we had made the decision in a different way and a little more appropriate, then we wouldn't be defending ourselves. It is a big expense, I believe $450 an hour.
