Saint or sage or the awakened being is not the one free from all desires and expectations, but the one who has an active conscience to see the real implications of those desires and expectations and then act accordingly for the best possible outcome for the self as well as the society.

Meditation has nothing to do with crouching and chanting, meditation means losing oneself in activity - any activity of one’s own choosing – mental or physical. Music is meditation, painting is meditation, dancing is meditation, math is meditation - any act that helps you lose yourself and elevates your mind in the process, is an act of meditation.

Close your eyes and you'll witness the world beyond worlds - close your ears and you'll hear the voice beyond words - close your senses and you'll experience the realization beyond realizations. In this realization there is neither birth nor death, neither beginning nor end, neither self nor other - in this realization, all is one, one is all. In this realization my heart is yours, your heart is mine - in this realization, you are me, I am you.

A civilized world will grow out of our own heart, once we realize, there's no greater truth than the one of the heart - the heart which is neither black, nor white, the heart which is neither man, nor woman, nor non-binary, the heart which is neither wise nor foolish, the heart which is neither rich nor poor - the heart which is ever-free, ever-boundless.

What is inside, is also outside,

It's the kindness of the people that makes a place holy, not the churches and temples.

Without the mind there is no God.
