It is your existential responsibility to raise your child as a human being above everything else – catholic, muslim, jew, asian, caucasian or whatever.

I don’t want to take away anybody’s religion, but simply to make them see what religion really means.

Real teachers like Jesus, Buddha, Nanak, Rumi have much more to teach humanity, than the imaginary figure Krishna, concocted by an ancient Indian man named Vyasa.

No knowledge comes from the outside world or an imaginary supernatural paradise.

Why are you not serious my friend? Why aren't you? Being serious is not something negative. Being serious means being responsible for what happens in our society - because we are our society – the society is us. The society is the collective expression of us humans - each one of us. You, me, everyone - is responsible for our actions - for our conditions - for our reality - for our truth.

Arise, my friend – the world is wailing for kindness – it is wailing for compassion – it is wailing for love.

A Muslim who prays five times a day and yet beats his wife at home, is no religious person. A Christian who goes to Church every Sunday, and yet never talks to his or her neighbor with a smile on the face, is no religious person. On the other hand, an outspoken atheist who most lovingly talks and listens to people of all religions without any bigotry or prejudice is a hundred times more religious than all the theoretical preachers of all religions combined.

I am not an atheist. But the religion that I do advocate is not of the Bible, Vedas, Quran or any other scripture. The religion I speak of, is what Christ talked about, it is what Buddha talked about, it is the religion of plain everyday kindness.
