For those people who believe no one can truly change I would note that roughly every seven to ten years all the cells in our bodies are replicated but some cells often change internally. We are never entirely the people we once were.

Humans spend years eating, sleeping, working, and worrying about those things, but it is their free time that is most important. If spent well it can render them into great people, if squandered, it cannot.

In the long run, politics is nonsense. Too many families have been damaged over a lot of self-serving people. The people around you matter far more than some politician you will never meet. All of them.

Everyone likes talking about other people's flaws, less so their own.

We must see others all as valid people to be people ourselves.

Remember we are all human and can make mistakes that we should correct. However, no one should ever imagine that other people’s mistakes justify or lessen theirs.
