If I think that what I need are the things that my hands craft, I will miss the fact that what I need are the hands of the God who crafted me.

God allows us to believe that we do not have a soul, because it is in living in the emptiness that we are ‘not’ that we become convinced of the fullness that we ‘are.

God has penned greatness across the script of your soul. And despite how hard people or circumstance have worked to erase that story, I would have you wake up every morning resting in the fact that God’s pen is eternally indelible.

Your story is not written by those who abused the opportunities that they had to pen a line or two on the pages of your life. For your story is written by the God who’s story will erase all of the lesser lines of men.

The losses in my life are so immense that I can barely stand and hardly breath. But I must remember that it is God who holds my hand and grants me breath. And because He does, the losses will eventually collapse for lack of breath.

The victory was sealed at an empty tomb. Therefore, we must remember that the remaining battles are victory concluding, not victory in question.

We don’t create. We simply cultivate what has already been created.

Death is the beginning of the bigger side of the story.

I must pray with great earnest that God grants me the ability to imagine Who He is, as I am barely able to imagine who I am.
